With Sponge Forge


First, you just have to install java only then you can perform further steps. After that click on the sponge forge link and then just click on the download option. It will help you to mod with the plugins. Make sure to download the latest version. {There are some unsupported plugins too}.


When it gets downloaded click the save button. Then tap on the forge option and you will directly link to the forge website. 


There download forge whether for Mac or for Windows if you are using windows then tap downloads on window option and if you are using Mac then download for Mac. 


Skip the add and download forge 12 and save it. Make a new folder and double click on forge file and there just unselect Mercurius option and select install server option. 


You will see three vertical dots on the below of the screen. Can you? Great. You are going well. Just click on that and change the directory and click the OK button and download all libraries.

Libraries will hardly take 2 to 3 minutes to download and after the libraries get download hit the ok option. 


Then take the sponge forge file and drag it into the sponge then open it and create more folders and files just double click on the Forge universal jar and then double click on the file. 


Change the text false with true and save it. Then keep all the plugins saved. 


  • Then just right click on the desktop.

  • Click on the new option.

  • And then to the folder.

  • Rename the folder.


Now, it’s time to download some mods and plugins to our server. Go to the sponge page, and there you will see many of the plugins. Just find a simple plugin there and download it. Suggestion- Hologram.


Kindly click on Hologram and download it and press the continue button. Make sure to save it in a jar file. Wait, it’s not over yet. 


And when the files get downloaded properly. Go to download mods. Now, just download mod pixelmon, it would be great for you. 


And save that file together with the other mods. You can also download via version sponge jar. 


Now, double click on the forge and unselect the Mercurius but this time you have to select the install client option and then click the OK option. 


Take that file out in which mods are saved. Then open the mods folder and select any of the mod, let’s pick up pixelmon and just right click on that and copy it and then paste it in the forge file. Do this with every mod except sponge forge. 


And after that, you can easily launch Minecraft, give it a name and click on the play option, and there you go.
